My wife and I came in from California and my wife called ahead looking for a service that was supposed to $250. He decided to charge her $275. Instead of getting upset she agreed to the price. It took us over 30 minutes to walk to the shop as my wife told him she was on the way. He said ok so we were under the impression he'd actually be here. Not only did they not answer after 20 plus calls, no one would let us in the building. They clearly state they are open until 7PM. My wife is in tears right now. She's going on TV tomorrow and now and can't get her hair done. What a shame. If he didn't want to do her hair he should have just said they aren't taking more clients....read full review

Terrible, just terrible. I’m leaving one star because I have to in order to even leave a review to begin with. I bought two bundles, one 18’ and one 16’ from Jeffrey. Jeffrey gave me one 14’ since the hair was curly and thought I wasn’t going to realize, along with the 18’. The hair itself was so thin at the ends. Jeffrey’s attitude was so inappropriate. He had no customer service what so ever, and was huffing and puffing the entire time of when I set notice. I would NOT recommend this stylist to ANYBODY. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you’re reading this review, RUN!!!!!!!
