I absolutely love the spa at Lifetime! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so warm and welcoming! The services are consistently wonderful, and I always leave looking and feeling better than when I arrived.

Monica and LaRae are both incredible aestheticians — knowledgeable, attentive, and truly wonderful at what they do. I can’t recommend either of them highly enough!

And if you’re booking a massage, Blad is amazing. He truly gives the BEST massages. Definitely opt for the red light therapy with your massage — it takes the experience to another level!

I was in Atlanta for a 3-day girls trip and we stayed at nobu and right across the street is lifetime. Their entire staff was phenomenal. I literally went there every day of my trip. You get the day pass so we were doing yoga because we had massage appointments later. Shout out to Misha who did my pedicure, Blad who gave me a phenomenal massage and Caprice who did a phenomenal blow up for me last day. I was there and Gracie at the front desk who did so much everyday for us to feel welcome and give us all the details. Would recommend 10 out of 10

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walk in, I felt completely at ease. Blad is an amazing massage therapist, he truly listens to what your body needs and customizes every session. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I arrived. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had—I won’t go anywhere else!
