I maintain the yards in utah and they do everything they to not give you the number you ask for and now want the crews to work in the pouring rain! Like how am I supposed to cut grass when it's pouring rain?
These people are terrible. They do as little as they possibly can, fail to even keep a property within code requirements, and then lie and say they've fixed the problems when they have not. I've called and called, been assured that everything is fine, I've walked the property and pointed out exactly what I need done - just mowing, nothing fancy! - and they nod and agree and don't do it. Now I have a code violation citation and have to go to municipal court. Do not contract with Lawn.com for any reason. Horrible.
Worst vendor experience that I've ever encountered in many years of property management. They oversold their capabilities and under-delivered in lawn care, accounting, customer service, and account management. A really horrible experience.
