I've been going there for years. This week, I had 9 shirts starched and 2 pairs of jeans tapered. The total was $97.45, I paid and left, then thought about it and called back the lady was nice and said it was correct. I take the fault because I didn't question the price in advance. Lesson learned will find a different cleaners going forward.

My dog peed on a couch cushion. The entire cushion was soaked and multiple dry cleaners I called before Larkins immediately said no. Larkins said yes and once they saw the cushion they were unsure but said they would do their best. They did better than I was expecting! Couch cushion like new. Thank you!!Service: Couches/sofas

I went in to get my dress tailored. I was originally quoted $25 to take in the dress. When I came back to pick up my dress, they charged me $35. They didn't tell me the $25 charge was an estimate. I was very surprised I was changed $35 and they didn't even notice the difference. I asked and they said "we'll sometimes the price may change." I was not aware before I left and it was a bit inconvenient. Because of this I decided not to leave clothes I brought with me to get dry cleaned. Instead, I decided to take my clothes to another cleaners to avoid any inconsistent fees in the future.
