Chloe is a star. She’s fast, she’s sweet, she’s cool, and I look forward to seeing her and being able to relax knowing I’m in good hands. The space is huge and bright and clean and the other staff are always super friendly!

I was initially going to give this salon one star, but after speaking with the woman at the front desk, I changed my mind. This is not my usual salon; I visited because I had a gift card. Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with my nails or the service I received from the nail technician.
I was told by two people that a fill-in with gel polish and a cut-down would cost $50. However, the nail technician working on my nails quoted me $60 and charged me that amount. I was understandably frustrated after receiving conflicting information.

I’ve been coming to Lacquer for 2 years now consistently. I LOVE it! Hannah does my manicure and Windy my pedicure.
So kind, gentle and knows exactly what I need. The other staff has always been kind and helpful!!
