About LA Fitness
LA Fitness offers an outstanding value with a wide range of amenities, including state-of-the-art equipment, basketball, group fitness classes, pool, saunas, Kids Klub, and personal training. The gym is always clean, and customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. The manager, Ken, is recognized for his excellent customer service, welcoming every guest with a smile and ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. However, some customers have mentioned that the pool area needs a refresh and that the equipment in the exercise room is outdated compared to other locations. There can also be a lack of certain weights for classes. Overall, LA Fitness provides a good gym experience, with a few areas for improvement.
I truly enjoy coming to LA Fitness on Old National Hwy. The main reason is because the gym is always clean and if anything is missing or not up to par the GM Mr. Ken will get someone to handle it. He always welcomes every guest with a smile and wishes you the best when you leave. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, he does an amazing job. He runs a smooth ship and I will continue to come and promote this gym!
They have done the best that they can with the location... Clearly cooperate doesn't care about this location based on its demographic... place hasn't been improved for as long as I've been there.
. If it wasn't for the staff i probably wouldn't come
I received a tour of the gym today from the GM Ken and he did an EXCELLENT job of showing me around and even how to use some of the equipment. He made me feel very welcome. I’m ready for my Angela Basset arms and Tina Turner legs!
