About LA Fitness
LA Fitness offers a variety of amenities, including state-of-the-art equipment, basketball, group fitness classes, pool, saunas, Kids Klub, and personal training, providing an outstanding value. The Aqua Fit classes with Yvette are a highlight, as she is described as amazing and energizing. The Yoga classes are also enjoyed by many. The LA Fitness app makes it easy to find classes, such as the kick boxing cardio class with Krystal, which is packed with cardio and movements. The gym looks good and is often crowded with determined gym-goers. The women's bathroom is clean, and the sauna room is nice and hot for a good sweat session. The lockers are spacious, and the cycle room is large. Customers have praised the cleanliness of the gym and the friendly and helpful staff. Ken and Monty were very helpful at signing up new members, being polite and nice. Crystal also received compliments for her excellent customer service, as she was patient and answered all questions thoroughly. However, some customers mentioned issues with the treadmills and the heat in the cardio areas, noting that the AC does not seem to work well. Additionally, there were concerns about the water fountains being out of order for too long, which is seen as unacceptable in a gym facility.
Crystal Was Great , she Helped Me Sign Up & The Tour Was Excellent ❤️ I Will Stay With This Membership Because Of Her Awesome Customer Service . She Is Very Nice & Patient . She Answered All My Questions Making Sure I Understand . Thank You Crystal .
The equipment at the Camp Creek location is rusted and extremely dusty. There are times when there are no cleaning products to wipe down the equipment. The price is not worth the membership.
Great equipment in comparison to other LA fitness locations. Treadmills suck, and the heat in the cardio areas is ridiculous. AC doesn't seem to work at all.
Water fountains don't work either which is kinda ridiculous. No water fountain should ever be out of order longer than a couple hours max at any gym facility.
