The guy that did my pedicure was good, but the lady that did my gel manicure did not know how to shape the nails properly. One side is square and the other half of the nail is round. When I noticed it and said something she start trying to explain but never understood what I was saying. Even after I showed her, will not be back. Would not recommend!

My stepdaughter decided last minute she wanted her nails done for her birthday and when we got to the location they had just cut the sign off because they were closed but the owner Kim said “come on in” not only did she accept her after they closed but she didn’t do a rush job ! She took her time , had a positive attitude and even had great age appropriate conversations with her ! Definitely a 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

I should have left after I saw how my nails came out but I still did the pedicure anyway. They wouldn’t even let me go pick my own gel color to match my dip nails, picked a completely different color, then ignored me questioning the color and proceeded anyway while telling me they know what they are doing and to just let it be. Boom! Nails are done and the guy admits they are not the same color but that’s all they have (even though he wasn’t the person who picked the color) 2 seconds after looking at the nail colors I found the perfect match. The nail tech- first chair beside the register who did my nails told him to go and she painted over his mistake. So now... read full review
