Engineering student here. Had a problem with my powering on my laptop Sunday morning. It was dead, and not responding to any chargers. I called Ali and he welcomed me in right away that afternoon. He diagnosed that my laptop had a fried motherboard, most likely due to power management issues. He replaced it that night, and I was able to pickup my laptop the next morning to resume my studies.
