Laptop display stopped working, so I reached out to KYATECH. Was able to drop off the device with Ali same-day. I didn't hear back for a day, but after calling again, Ali had the issue diagnosed within 30 minutes.
Turns out the motherboard was completely shot and I'll need to get it replaced. I forgot I was under warranty, but it was the first thing Ali asked and he recommended it as the cheapest option.
Refused to take payment for the diagnostic and was overall very polite and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back for any future tech issues!
While home from out-of-state college for Thanksgiving break, my son's engineering laptop stopped charging. We took it to Kyatech early Sunday morning. The communication and updates were great and we were able to pickup the repaired laptop the same day. He even loaned us a charger while ours was being ordered. Cannot thank you enough! A+++++
