Wish there was 10 stars to give, Kim's and her team's expertise and craftsmanship deserve to be recognized, and at this level I have to say she's managed to keep her price modest and accessible for those who appreciate quality. Her shop is such a gem, tools exposed, you can see her seamstress working as you're getting your alterations pinned by Kim and listening to calm sounds in the background.
I looked for a place like this for so long and I'm so happy to know she's just a few minutes from me.

Incredible service. I had a vest with patches sewn up at a different place and it was comically bad... everything was crooked, misaligned, the thread they used not only didnt match, it was all over the place and clearly visible and they sewed through/over pockets and made them unusable.
The folks at kim's took care of my vest and it looks amazing now. They fixed everything and made it so the pockets could be used. 10/10 recommend and will return.
Came for waist adjustment for 3 pairs of pants and restitching in one of my pants’ leg. Took them one week to do this service and the price was very reasonable (you gotta pay upfront).Picked up the pants and they did a very good service. I will be returning for more light adjustments like this.
