I have had my last two appointments here at Keep It Locked and I can’t stop telling people about my experience. The customer service and professionalism here is top tier. Miss Miami is such a talented Loctician and I love my hair every time I leave. They definitely pay attention to detail and also use high quality products on your hair. Also, the prices are much more affordable than what I was paying previously. I would highly recommend anyone with natural hair to check out Keep It Locked!! Had a great experience with Miami, she is knowledgeable about maintenance and care and doesn’t mind sharing her knowledge. Love the vibes. It is not about money here it’s about taking care of our crowns and scalps , not making a buck. Which as a Loctician that’s rare!! She is more than worth what I paid. My scalp and locs feels clean and light.
