The repairman never showed up to repair my washer. When I called customer service, I was asked to re-schedule or find another company. No apologies and no concern for the time I wasted waiting for the repairman. It made my blood boil! This is the worst appliance repair service company I ever dealt with. Please save yourself a headache and do not use them.
This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out, but four days later they called to say the technician could not make it. They didn’t offer any options to reschedule or try to resolve the issue.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on hold for an extended period, only to be told they couldn’t reach one and then they hung up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I purchased my LG dryer through Home Depot, and unfortunately, they subcontract to this company. Based on my experience and similar reviews from others, I strongly recommend avoiding this company if possible....read full review
This company is an absolute joke and nightmare. Sadly I was forced into their arms by Frigidaire warranty service. And after 4 months and my brand new Frigidaire range STILL not being repaired, I finally convinced Frigidaire to just get this thing out of my house and refund me. And all of this is at the fault of JDSARS. Their tech was rude as hell to us when he did actually show up (but didn't fix a thing). This has to be the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I pray to god I will never have to interact with them again.
