Our washer is stopping mid-cycle. JDS came out and said the unit was working properly, yet the issue continues to happen. They dis not fix it. They also are not returning my calls to have them come back out.

This company is absolutely horrible!!! It has been 3 weeks since they supposedly ordered a part for me that should’ve taken 3 to 5 days according to them, and they will not return my phone calls, I’ve only talked to them 2 times in the 4 weeks that I’ve been trying to get my dishwasher repaired

It's been 3 weeks that we have gone without a working fridge. After weeks of waiting, JDS sent a tech and failed to fix the issue and now they have cancelled my repair order!!! This company puts customer service absolutely last!!!
