My washer broke mid-cycle and the warranty company sent JDS appliance repair to fix the issue. When I called to talk to JDS they asked me to explain the issue and send pictures. I did so, and when they showed up the first time, they did not have all of the parts they needed to fix the washer. Even though they did not have all the parts, the technician still attempted to remove the agitator from the washer and managed to break the agitator. The technician said it would be a few weeks for the new parts to be delivered and then we would reschedule for a new appointment. Frigidaire warranty selected this provider. Called them 3 times. Had an 8-12 window. First 2 calls I left a message 3rd girl said it was still an active ticket. Asked Will they call me and said technician will call I said when. “They are at lunch right now”. I asked when they get back she said around 1:30. Never heard back so I called to get another service provider. Frigidaire rep reached out to them and they gave her another story that I was told they couldn’t make it today. I do not recommend this company based on lack of communication skills.

JDS is a horrible and I do mean HORRIBLE company!!!!
Scheduling is a nightmare!!!
With out dishwasher for over a Month before the 1st service!!!
They are parts changers not TECHNICIANS and you will be lucky if they get the part right by the third visit.
I will not allow them back in my house. I will by another Dishwasher first.
I guess the worst Part of dealing with JDS is they are LIARS. They have lied to me over and over.
LOWES NEEDS ANOTHER REPAIR COMPANY!!!
