John has taken a large, complex house plan from a supplier and largely redrew it to add and subtract the pages of changes and abstract ideas that we wanted in our envisioned, dream home for our whole family of 3 generations. We had to meld all of our ideas and distill them into a new plan assembled by John. He did so gracefully and quickly and delivered exactly what we wanted and needed. Thanks, John
Shannon and I highly recommend John for either a renovation or new construction project. He was respectful of my wife's design ideas, while providing great, thought out plans that sailed through the permitting process.
John has done some excellent work for us on several projects in the past, including whole house renovation/addition projects and single family new construction residences. Would highly recommend!
