Shannon and I highly recommend John for either a renovation or new construction project. He was respectful of my wife's design ideas, while providing great, thought out plans that sailed through the permitting process.
John has done some excellent work for us on several projects in the past, including whole house renovation/addition projects and single family new construction residences. Would highly recommend!
John was fantastic to work with. His vast knowledge on both architecture and code compliance shortened review time with the city. In addition, his construction background made his final drawings cohesive and buildable once they reached the field which saved us time and money with the contractor
