Joan was wonderful! She took time to make sure she understood my needs and find out what issues may be going on before she started. The setting was warm and comfortable and clean and totally convenient for me. The massage was absolutely wonderful and thorough and I felt like a new person walking out. I was gifted a massage from a friend at Intown Massage a few years ago. I have been getting massages for years at other locations but I am now only going to Joan. She is wonderful, professional, knowledgable and always asks questions before she starts so that she knows if she needs to target certain areas. I highly recommend
