I bought a big mower for my yard, $12,000.00 plus. I've bought other commercial yard equipment over the years. Apparently you can go here and pay a premium, but don't expect any service for your equipment. For a routine mower service to sharpen blades, oil, filters and a 100 hour service, I was told it would be a minimum of 6 weeks!!!!!!! They have lost my business forever. The grass in my yard would be 5 feet tall in 6 weeks!!! Buy from a company that stands behind the equipment they sell and can offer service on it in a sane amount of time.

I went to buy some oils for a machine, I went in and saw a robust white man, I asked him and he despotically answered that he didn't know and was angry, I don't know if he was the owner or the one who thought that one would ask him for free things. ,,or he will use racial profiling as Latinos, this alone is enough for me to never return here,, with my money I can buy wherever I want, but I will no longer see the faces of these types of hateful people

I tried to purchase a Cub Cadet ZTS three separate times. The first time, it took multiple calls on multiple days just to get anyone to answer the phone. The next time, whoever answered acted like I was bothering him by asking questions about the mower. The third time I went into the store. The guy I talked to didn’t even know what a ZTS was. Then when I asked if he could order one, he said “yes but our big sales event is tomorrow so it’ll have to be after that.” No problem. I ordered a Toro from Ace. The helpful place with helpful people. Thanks anyway!
