I've been seeing Sherryl for a few months now, and have found her to be extremely proficient and helpful. The SMRT technique I believe has been very beneficial, and I have also received more traditional deep tissue/trigger point massages from her, which were great as well. I appreciate that she is communicative throughout the massage, and tailors to meet whatever my needs are on the day.

Sheryl is a true healer! What a gift - she imparted her wonderful wisdom on self-care and holistic massage, while using SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique) therapy, which I had never experienced before. And WOW – what an incredible concept and very effective! Hard / Deep Tissue massage isn’t always what’s best for the body. She patiently explained the benefits of this therapy and provided lots of relief from my extreme tension all throughout my back. I look forward to my next visit with Sheryl and you should too!
