Alex was very helpful knowledgeable and professional. I will be requesting that he be my only service technician going forward. My past experience with Hawx wasn't great but I decided to try them again and I'm glad I did. Thanks Alex for restoring the reputation of this company for me at least.

Update: Melvin is also kind, respectful of property and provided fast effective service. He text before arrival and made it clear what service would be performed. We have only seen onr bug over several months since start this service.
