I was having the worst morning EVER and your guard, Kay, made it 100000% better! There were some vagrants around s business i was trying to enter and she cleared them out! What really impressed me was her rapport with them. She treated them with the same respect she gave me. I'm so grateful she was there yesterday. Great job!
