I have purchased hair from this company multiple times since 2013. I always order online at The hair is delivered in record speed without having to expedite the shipping! My last order was March 2018. After having the hair installed I sent a message to hairborn because I believed there was a problem with the hair tangling. (Something that has never happened in the past.)The company called me back and gave me guidance as to how to maintenance the hair. After following the instructions the hair was like new! No tangling!
