I initially saw Crystal on her YouTube podcast after experiencing hair damage from several chemical treatments from two different salons where I live in FL. Crystal and I initially did a virtual consultation. During this time, the federal government had shut down and I couldn't schedule a flight without it being canceled, so I asked Crystal to recommend the products that I needed to help with the hair shedding until I could get to her in person to get a protein treatment and haircut. Update 2026- Crystal is still amazing!! My recent appointment was another great experience. I wasn’t feeling at 100%, so Shiah and Crystal made sure I had hot tea while under the dryer… just part of the Crystal Giles Experience!! And of course, my hair was/is amazing…and healthy!!! Go ahead and make your appointment, you will not be disappointed!!

This was my first visit to Gresham Giles. I had an amazing experience during my appointment. Crystal and Ishiah work as an amazing team. Very professional and clean setting. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Crystal was amazing from the very beginning. She took the time to get to know me and what services I wanted and totally delivered. I showed her a photo and she did exactly that and beyond which was great since I added additional services the same day.
