We contacted Greenwood Group per friend referral to help with a drainage issue in our back yard. Scott got back to me in a timely manner and came out to look and give quote. He sent me a detailed sketch with proposal. Which was very reasonable for all they were needing to do. Initially I had a little trouble with scheduling (it got pushed back a little) but Scott explained it was a staffing, as well as weather, issue (understandable) and that I was next on the schedule. When they did come, they worked tirelessly for two days and the work was done impeccably and with professionalism and care! I watched them out the window quite a bit and My husband and I couldn’t believe all they had done so quickly. So far it seems to have addressed our drainage problem. I also had them pressure wash our patio, fill grout and reseal. That was also done well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them for this type of work. Very impressed. We had an issue with our main sign and an auto accident. Myself and my counterpart make up the board and we both were out of town. I called their office and they were able to save our Christmas Decorations until I got back to get them set back up. They had a crew pick everything up, take it to their shop and then returned it to me when I got back in town. I have not had much contact with other companies in the past but this situation sure was easy. Thanks guys and gals for the “emergency” relief. You all made it seem like it was no big deal.
