I have been getting my haircut and beard trim at the Brookhaven Station Great Clips for the last three years and have had great experiences. My usual stylist, Towanda, always does an amazing job and I always appreciate our conversations. I will definitely keep going here as long as I live in the area and I regularly recommend the location to my friends for Towanda and the other great stylists. I’ve been coming to this Great Clips location in Brookhaven for about 5 years now and have never had issues. After today’s appointment, I highly doubt I will be back. My stylist was extremely rude and passive towards everything that I said. It was one of the most negative customer service experiences I’ve received in a very long time. The condescending tone of my stylist almost made me leave. And to be honest, almost made me cry.I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but to treat someone with such disrespect when you’re only trying explain how you’d like your hair, is completely unacceptable. Stylist was extremely friendly but this was probably the worst haircut of my life. Side and back were supposed to be a fade and ended with two very crooked lines where the cut was different lengths . Unfortunately, I didn’t notice how bad the back was until I got home but it’s almost surprising that someone looking at the back of my head let me go home like that.Service: Haircut
