Dr. Matthew McLeod is a great physical therapist. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his craft. I would highly recommend him for any physical or body work that you need. He really helped me with some chronic back pain that was resolved through his work.
I came to Matthew at first with lingering back tightness from overexertion and degraded form while running, which he helped relieve quickly over 2-3 sessions through some targeted massage, mobility and strength exercise, and dry needling.
Matthew then helped me over the course of several months to work through a variety of minor issues introduced in my running after several years taken off including hip and ankle mobility, glute strength and activation, and a calf strain, which all contributed to a number of minor but persistent aches and pains. Matthew helped me to grow and adapt my training plans to become a stronger, more resilient, and pain-free runner.

I'll echo what some other reviewers have said: this is not your typical PT clinic, and I mean that in the best possible way. 10/10, A++, 5 stars.
Dr. Matthew gives you his full, undivided attention through each session, bringing years of education and experience in PT, athletic training, neural plasticity, and all things body and mind wellness.
He's helped me recover from several injuries (MCL sprain, shoulder impingement) while at the same time teaching me to change my movement patterns in order to prevent recurrent injuries (lower back/hip area). I really like how he brings in experience as an athletic trainer to help me think through my training goals.
