What an awesome and painless experience! Denise listened to our needs and helped us find the flooring we love that fit into our budget! The team of installers were prompt, professional, and clean! When the installers saw that our subfloor wasn’t leveled they made sure it was communicated to us so that it could be remedied prior to the installation. Although there were a few hiccups with delayed flooring and leveling, Denise and the team did a great job of communicating and problem solving. We are so thrilled with our new floors and can’t wait for our next flooring project to work with this amazing team!
These folks are top shelf! Met them at the Atlanta Home Show and decided to let them submit a quote to redo our first floor flooring. Grant came out, made the necessary measurements and e-mailed me a quote the next day. The next week a couple of samples of the product we were thinking about arrived at my door. Grant and Denise worked around my somewhat odd schedule. The installation went great and the finished product is fabulous. Highly recommend.
Denise was my saving grace! She knew right away that I was stressed out about my 2nd floor refresh/update. She stepped in, eased some fears and calmed a great deal of anxiety. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or time restraints placed on me.Denise gave excellent recommendations regarding carpet colors that would look nice stepping from my renovated master bathroom into my master bedroom. She also suggested carpet grades and colors for my spare bedrooms that would complement the color that I was planning to paint the walls.Everything turned out amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations.
