I’ve been using FlexCare for my family, and I honestly love it. The doctors are always timely, compassionate, and incredibly professional and I’ve never waited longer than five minutes for a call back.
One of the things that really stands out is how seamlessly they can access my medical records through Docsnap. I’ve had a really great experience with FlexCare Digital Health. When I requested a telemedicine visit, the doctor called me back within about 15 minutes and was able to send a prescription straight to my local pharmacy.
