My experience was great. I went in the day before I expected my hair appointment to be done. I showed them my hair length. She explain that I would need to wash my hair and an additional charge of $40 for short hair. They were very helpful. I raced home, washed my hair and came back in the same day of consultation . My hair was blow dried and she started braiding. When I say I walked in at 1pm and walked out by 5pm. It was truly amazing!!!! My parts are correct. I had to get small feed in braids due to my hair being short. I have to give it credit, the way they work together. Iām truly happy with my experience
Iām leaving feedback in regard's to my recent appointment. Prior to booking, I sent a photo of my hair and asked if it could be gripped. I was told yes and proceeded to book the $270 special. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $40 due to my hair being short. While I understand the reason for the additional charge, this was not communicated beforehand. Had I been informed prior to arriving, I would have made a different decision. Unfortunately, since I had already arrived and paid a deposit for an early appointment, I agreed to the additional fee.

Got knotless braids, shoulder length on my short hair. They came out absolutely beautiful š. Definitely will be back! Took about 5hrs & everyone was so nice, highly recommended
