I've been an employee for about a few months now. I really am blessed to be apart of this amazing company. The people here really give you a chance to grow your career, develop your skills and evolve as a person. My manager is really motivating, as he sees my potential, and really coaches me to do my best in terms of my job and how to be more professional in an office setting. He, along with the other higher-ups, as well as our HR team have really helped me to better adjust to my transition in a more professional climate.
