The fence and gate that they finally installed was great but the service from the installers was very poor. We had the date for installation set for about 2 weeks then at 6pm the night before they tell me they have to move it from Friday to Saturday. I had to change my plans but OK. The installers came to install it on Saturday at about 9am. At around 11am, it was real quiet so I noticed all installers were gone but they didn’t install the gate. I thought they went to lunch but they never came back leaving me wondering what was going on. Why and when were they going to finish? I didn’t find out until Monday from the service person, that they didn’t have the gate.... read full review
