Robin is amazing! I absolutely LOVE my permanent eyeliner. She was so kind and patient with a nervous nelly who has never done anything like this before, talking me through the whole process and being available via text with any jitters questions I had. I've had my eyeliner for a year or maybe even two and it's like new still. I went back today because I decided I actually did want it a little thicker than I asked for the first time and it's perfection again.
