Omg!! Theses guys are awesome! They saved the day. They were there when my home warranty company failed me. Benjamin and Daniel worked well together to get the job done expeditiously. Originally it was my septic lift station (pump) that needed to be replaced which they did, but once that started working and they got in truck to leave I noticed a trail of water in my backyard. I stopped them and Benjamin came back to investigate where the water was coming from and by the smell of it, it was waste water. ??He immediately realized it was coming from the box or pipe in my drain field. Ben and his crew came to my rescue as I had to get my septic leak fixed. He made sure he explained everything to me of his findings and what he would be doing to fix the issue. I called Easy Clean Monday night after needing a septic system repair as soon as possible. The phone was answered right away. Benjamin came the next afternoon, opened the tank, gave me a reasonable quote to diagnose and repair the problem. He found a missing baffle and broken pipe linking the tank to the drain field. He replaced the pipe and baffle, then was able to provide a clear inspection report. He was on it, personable, competent. He delivered exactly what I needed, when I needed it. He has a great work ethic. I thank him and his company for being there for this 72 year-old customer in her hour of need. Kudos to them all!
