Tom with Eagle Accounting did my taxes for 2 years. In that time period, he seemed to be great. However, for some reason, still unknown to me, he completely stopped responding to me and I had to find another accountant to file my taxes for me; business and personal. Furthermore, I received a notice from the IRS stating that my taxes for one of the years, was not ever filed. I have reached out to Tom on several occasions since then. Sometimes he answers and seems friendly. But he has yet to follow through on anything he tells me he will do or get back to me on.
