What do you do when your doctor advises adding strength training and you hate exercising and gyms? Sign up for small group training at E5Fit! I started the process before I could talk myself out of it, went to a trial class, and have beeng going ever since. It's the perfect combination of trainers who care, other members who support and encourage, and an environment that welcomes everyone from former college athletes (not me) to people wanting to be healthy even though they don't love exercising (me!) I'm so glad I made that call and E5Fit made it so easy to follow through on.
I’ve been going to private training sessions with Eric at E5Fit for over a year now and I can’t recommend it enough. They offer small group sessions as well as 1 on 1. I like the accountability and personalization of 1 on 1 sessions, but everyone seems so happy in the group sessions as well. It’s a great community and I’ve absolutely become much stronger since starting there. Highly highly recommend.
E5Fit cares about their members and the results they get, I find that rare in the fitness industry. Whether you come in for their small group classes (6 days a week) or their one-on-one training you’ll be listened to, supported, challenged and cheered for on your fitness journey.
