Although Mondays can be complicated due to their loading operations, the staff is generally polite and helpful. The office can be slow to process paperwork, taking over 2 hours in some cases, but forklifts work efficiently in the warehouse. Truck drivers are advised to arrive on time and check-in, as early arrival doesn't guarantee immediate processing. There is no overnight parking, but the back lot is available for early arrivals or breaks. Overall, the company is easy to deal with, with efficient unloading and reasonable processing times.

I had a 9:00 AM appointment, but I arrived at 9:24. Because of the delay, I was first told I had to pay a $250 late fee. After I complained, they reduced it to $150, but I still had to pay it.
By the time I went to get a check and came back, I lost my next load, got charged $150, and ended up being delayed for about 6 hours.
Had appointment 10 am 8:30 they gave me door kind employees
The worst organization in history, it really needs to be shut down. The employees are rude. The manager are even worse than the employees they will fight you on your on your Loads and they are lazy. I would not deal with this company. They will rip you off.
