Dee was a LIFESAVER at literally 1am when I was locked out of my condo. She explained the process of getting me back in the house which included potentially drilling through the lock. BUT she also helped me TROUBLESHOOT another option. We came up with charging my garage door opener and she even had the specific charger in her truck! That saved me time, money AND a door lock!
