My father had a very complicated surgery and needed physical therapy badly. The physical therapist (Jennifer Anvally) told him he didn’t need PT and that he should just walk around the house. She was very rude and unhappy to be here and kept asking us questions about our residence and inquiring about how we could afford the house we lived in. Luckily I switched him to PT solutions and his recovery with them has been amazing.

I was given Jerel's contact information by another home health connection. We had a client who needed home health services quickly and he was able to set up care for her ASAP. I greatly appreciated Jerel's responsiveness and I know that our client is in great hands with Amedisys.

Very poor service by Amedisys. They always complained they were understaffed for physical therapists. The PT that handle my case was rude, and his approach was terrible. Escalation to the mgmt team were fruitless. They never called me back like they said they would to check on if everything was alright.
