Writing this review a bit prematurely since I just dropped off my garments this morning, but first impressions matter. The owner personally welcomed me and was very genuine and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when she said my items would be ready by the close of business today, much faster than many places that take several days.
So far, I feel like I may have found my new neighborhood cleaners!
I have been coming to Carriage Cleaners & Alterations since moving to the neighborhood, and it has been a great experience! They have a prompt turnaround time and often have my clothes ready before I need them. I have taken premium, Italian suits to be tailored there, and they did a wonderful job. When I accidentally damaged my suit, I was disappointed it could not be remedied, but they helped fix the issue in no time. 11/10 recommend their dry cleaning and tailoring services!!!!
