I don’t even know where to start. I’m a healthcare professional and strive for the best customer service possible so I know great customer service. This office is excellent. I drove over 2 hours to see Dr Straughn and will continue. From the offer of water, to the friendliness of the people who took me back, to Dr straughn who told me exactly what she would be doing and to her doing a painful procedure that honestly was NOT painful!!!! I can’t say enough. Oh, one more thing… my sister who traveled with me that happened to mention she was having a dermatology issue… guess what? She was able to fit her in and see her too.. Now who does that?? Dr Straughn and her staff. That’s who. Well worth the drive. Your Augusta Ga patient will be back!!!!!
