They should be called breath of fresh air! After a month of being lied to, ripped off and ignored by 3 other local companies, I found breezeway through a referral. From day one they were immediately responsive, honest, professional and fair with their pricing. On installation day I was blown away by their hard work, patience and expertise. They were here for 12 hours with no break for 2 jobs and would have stayed longer if needed to get the job done right. I highly recommend Breezeway! Tyler found the problem which was in my thermostat where others couldn’t. I recommend them so much so I have them doing an annual maintenance plan to keep my units maintained and running properly. Great company!
What a fantastic service oriented company. They are not like the big guys that want to get in & out as quick as possible and charge you an arm & a leg. The technician (Kevin) came in, put on booties and reviewed every system and made sure all were operating at 100%. The primary bedroom unit has been noisy for 2 years and no one could figure out what to do (except rip it out and start over for big bucks). My spouse told Kevin I have not slept through a whole night in 2 years due to the noise and being a light sleeper.
