While Beth may be a very good interior designer, our experience so far has been disappointing. We had made an appointment, and that appointment was then moved forward based on availability offered by Beth's office. However they subsequently gave away our new appointment and original appointment to other "more valuable clients". I feel businesses should honor their appointments to all their clients. That is a basic standard of professionalism. In addition the office has suggested I talk to Beth directly but she seems to struggle to find time for what should be a 5 minute phone call. As a client, I feel poorly treated.
