Bellhop Moving

DIDN’T SHOW UP. We had a good experience with Bellhop the first time we used them, which is why I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 1. We had our second move scheduled yesterday. We had an afternoon slot to begin at 3:00 for 5 hours. At 2:40 they let us know they were running late and pushed us back an hour. At 4:00 they called to say they were still at another job and didn’t know when they would be coming. We didn’t get to move at all despite paying to rent a truck, figure out childcare and work schedules, etc. All of the moving companies were closed (Sunday) so we were stuck. They moved me on Thursday, Feb 8, which was 2 days earlier than original planned. Which meant they were so accommodating.5 young men came all ready to work. Theywere prompted, friendlyand worked very hard and did an excellent job.

Malachi Mayala was an excellent mover and his team of Gerald Edwards and Brandon Billings were also excellent. Highly recommend this team to anybody and will use them on our next move.
