Beazer Homes offers a beautiful and standard-equipped home with knowledgeable staff, although the warranty service can be slow, and customer care representatives have limited control over subcontractors. The manager at Lochridge in Nolensville, however, goes above and beyond to address any issues promptly, providing a positive experience for first-time homebuyers.
A huge security concern for the newest Beazer Homes community GreenHouse on Bells Ferry Road, Marietta, GA. According to the news and January 2025 - Marietta Council’s Public Safety Committee meeting, the 911 calls data shows that over the last year, hundreds of emergency calls have been placed for officers to respond to situation in this area. I hope that Beazer Homes will work together with Marietta officials to resolve the security issue before starting selling.
Well, I think am too new in this house and environment, so far everything look fine but I notice some cosmetics damage which I already put in a maintenance request for, hopefully they get it done.
Beazer Homes, thank you for building our dream home, we love the features of the Persimmon, the exterior colors, kitchen, and interior design, making it a really unique home. The Arts and Craft elevation is the perfect one for our family. I am looking forward to many great years, new memories in this house. Thank you, Jeff, our builder AKA "Buffalo Bills"
