Ronda is amazing! Very detailed, April is the first month I've seen here and I've been attending this location since September 2024. She explains everything before operating the other techs weren't doing that unfortunately... but Definitely request Ronda if you attend this location. Outstanding work ethic and communication so bravo!
Please don't go by the angry upset reviews of women trying to tear another one down, from the first initial call to make my daughters appointment to my daughter being approved for braces through insurance was handled with nothing but professionalism from the front office ladies to the back office ladies and Dr Walton, also its the only office in Atlanta that accepts all Medicaid types for braces.
The most ghetto place I have ever been to in my life!! The dentist (Mitchell) could not explain a consultation for my 9 year old daughter. He Seemed do be under the influence of something. Wanted his assistant to explain because for some reason he said “he could not explain to me!” Throwing his hands up. The same assistant who had just said she couldn’t really explain anything as that is more his area before he walked in for the consultation. He then started talking to me like a dog in front of my 9 year old daughter after I told him I would like him to explain instead of the assistant. I got my 9 year old daughter and told him this is not it as he was speaking...read full review
