After having several bad experiences with hair from True Glory, someone introduced me to True Essence. I brought my first 4 bundles back in December 2015. I brought 2 for me and 2 for my daughter. We still have and still wear our very first bundles that we purchased. The hair is so soft, full, and barely sheds at all. The length was a true 18 inches unlike True Glory. I purchase 4 more bundles December 2016 and I still have my same sew-in and my hair is still thick and wavy and looks brand new. GPS took me to a wrong location, but I finally found the store. I personally think the original name True Essence was more sophisticated and professional, and I liked the 1st location better, but it's the product that we want. The hair is soft, beautiful, and affordable. My daughter and I purchased our product from them for years. I stopped because I couldn't find the location. Now that I have found it...I will not purchase from another.
Whoever owns and operates this place makes it very apparent that they do not prioritize customer service. I called the store to ask about a website. I was informed, with a full attitude, that the hair is available to view in person or Instagram, ONLY. There is no website. Customer service goes a long way. I won’t be shopping here.
