I have been here for a little over 6months now and so far my experience here has been very good. Management is very responsive when issues arise. The management team here are also Aven Chastain are friendly and respectful. The same can be said for the maintenance team as well. Overall I’ve had a great experience.
The staff at Aven Chastain are exceptionally professional & consistently delivering outstanding service. They do a great job creating engaging community events, especially those that involve families & children. The team is welcoming, attentive, & always willing to help while maintaining a positive & energetic atmosphere. Kristein & Songoli are my go to when in need of any assistance, they along with the rest of the staff take excellent care of the community. I recommend this property to anyone moving here, definitely ask for either Kristein or Songoli.
It’s clear to me that Aven Chastain cares about people n general. I’ve only lived here a few months, but my daughter has been here a couple of years. It’s peaceful, clean and they’re always doing something fun for the tenants. I absolutely love the space I’m in. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
