The staff at Aven Chastain are exceptionally professional & consistently delivering outstanding service. They do a great job creating engaging community events, especially those that involve families & children. The team is welcoming, attentive, & always willing to help while maintaining a positive & energetic atmosphere. Kristein & Songoli are my go to when in need of any assistance, they along with the rest of the staff take excellent care of the community. I recommend this property to anyone moving here, definitely ask for either Kristein or Songoli.
It’s clear to me that Aven Chastain cares about people n general. I’ve only lived here a few months, but my daughter has been here a couple of years. It’s peaceful, clean and they’re always doing something fun for the tenants. I absolutely love the space I’m in. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

The new office team is friendly and responsive, and are working hard to build community and feature fun events.
The maintenance technicians are awesome!! Victor, Prince and another whose name I don't know, have been very helpful and friendly. Quick to respond to emergencies and non-emergencies. I've had to talk to Victor after hours with emergency calls a few times and he's been really helpful. They are also patient with my dog!
