Bottom line: do not try to book an appointment if you are not already an established customer. His online appointment system has a problem; it will "accept" appointments from new clients, even though he is not accepting new clients. I tried to book an appointment using his online appointment system. I did not notice a warning posted on the website stating that he is not accepting new clients.
