They were careful with our stuff and did accommodate short notice but the pricing was not very clear up front, lots of surprise fees that weren’t really discussed prior. Also were several hours late without much communication from owner. Owner charged for larger truck even though we agreed it wasn’t necessary. Also charged me for time to fill up their tank which was not value added time. The movers themselves were very nice and professional guys and did a good job overall and were willing to work until the job was done.
