I called these guys out based on a response from another plumber. I had my septic tank pumped out earlier by a group I was very unhappy with. I will not leave their name here, but I was extremely disappointed. When that previous company came out, they cut through my sprinkler system, destroying one of the multi zone valves, including the wiring, the plumbing and everything. As part of it, they claim to fix my issue, and even though I had to ask the guy at the time about my shredder/extraction pump he stated don't mess with it. It will just cause you more issues. I had these guys come out and do some work on my septic tank in the winter. A number of months later I tried to run my sprinkler system and I got water bubbling up from the ground. When I finally was able to get someone to take a look at it, it turned out that they completely broken one of the pipes to the system in two places and instead of telling me about it, they just buried the broken pipe. I don't know why they didn't just tell me they had made a mistake. Rest assured it will not happen again, because I will never again allow them near my home.
