I had horrible experience with Dr. Gokki, she rushed me and didn’t answer any of my questions and left the room mid meeting ignoring me throughly. When asked about medications she said she didn’t know and told me to choose it myself. Also for the lab, she injected in 3 places on my arm that hurt a lot. So think twice before choosing Dr. Gokki as your provider.

Horrible experience and now looking for a new provider. Been a patient here for near 10yrs. They sent me to collection for $35. Never received any bills. Talk to them regularly for care and never once mentioned it. Just sent it to collections and think I want to continue being s patient to a place that cannot even communicate about my account or care? I'll find someone else to manage my care and someone who can pull all the money off my insurance that you used to but will lose over 35 freaking bucks you couldn't tell me about. Rubbish

It is so hard to find a good doctor these days and Dr. McCall is not one of them. My experience with him was absolutely horrible! I feel that he didn't give a damn about me and treated me like another number. I could not get a hold of this doctor via phone or the online message portal and only got to speak to him when booking an appointment. I think certain situations require a direct conversation with the doctor and not playing telephone with communicating through his nurses.I had two serious issues where I had to go to the Emergency Room and needed to connect with the doctor regarding what was happening with me and never received a call back even though I requested...read full review
